Various groups are supervised by the bbq committee so the quality will be the same. Members of the club have attended "Cooking For a Crowd" Seminar as required by the Augusta Co. Health Dept. and have a certificate for the training. Those club members are the ones that will supervise the groups. The pit is the main pick-up point for the groups. Some will presale and have delivery so call the contact person for the date for arragements. The price is $3.50 for a half chicken thats grown locally from the Pilgrims Pride Processing plant.
